A: There are 3 ways you can place an order with us.

1) Create an account with us and shop online using our shopping cart.

A: No

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Paypal

Q: How long is delivery?
A: Estimated delivery is approximately 2 weeks.

Q: How much is shipping cost?
A: Shipping is included in the price.

Q: What about taxes?
A: Taxes are also included in the price.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds or exchanges will be handled case by case depending on reason.

Q: How do you know if the customer is a Hiatus Club member?
A: We ask Hiatus Club members to still sign up with an account but please place your order via email or phone. We do not have a member code system set up yet. Sorry for any inconvenience.
